Jon & Szymon

Szymon, originally from Krakow, and Jon, a New York native, met at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and have been collaborating ever since. What started as a passion project soon grew into HiFi a company that boasts a decade worth of exciting work, including an Emmy win and Visual Effects Society Award for HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. As a directing team, Jon and Szymon have a passion for mixing live action with visual effects and animation. As accomplished visual effects artists, they add value to each project by being able to see the VFX in their minds eye while shooting. Their work is fresh, playful, and eclectic with a touch of humor.
